Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved

4. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign an agreement with Troy and Banks Consultants LLC to conduct a cable television franchise fee compliance audit for a contingent fee of 50% of the underpayments identified and recoverable under the Town's franchise agreement and/or state and federal law. Approved

5. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign an Intermunicipal Agreement (IMA) with Monroe County for the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) to be used for youth and senior congregate programming and related equipment between 01/01/25-12/31/26. Approved
