LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Webster, County of Monroe, New York on Tuesday February 4, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Board Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York 14580, to consider the following applications:

TABLED MATTERS (APPLICATIONS TO BE REVIEWED THAT WERE TABLED FROM THE PREVIOUS 

MEETING):


1. WATERVIEW @ WILLOWPOINT PHASE III: Located at the northwest corner of Willow Point Way and 

Nautical Mile Drive.

Applicant Legacy Development Co., Inc is requesting PRELIMINARY/FINAL SITE PLAN, SUBDIVISION, EPOD PERMIT APPROVAL AND LWRP CONSISTENCY RECOMMENDATION (PUBLIC HEARING) associated with the proposed construction of six (6) two-story townhouse style buildings consisting of a total of 56 residential units and one (1) community center on a 13.5-acre parcel (partially within in a Steep Slope EPOD) having SBL#s 093.06-3-64.11 and 093.06-3-64.12 located in an MHR Medium High Residential District under Sections 269-11, 330-4 and 350-14 of the Code of the Town of Webster.

Applicant Jessica Costa of Vital Signs is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the installation of (1) non-lit 26.6 sq ft ACM building mounted façade sign with digitally printed graphics on a 3.54-acre lot having SBL# 079.18-1-69.111 located in the MC Medium Intensity Commercial District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster. 


Result: Approved as presented.


SCHEDULED MATTERS (NEW APPLICATIONS):


1. THE CREATOR’S HEART SIGN: Located at 765A County Line Road.

Applicant Laura Bills is requesting SIGN APPROVAL associated with the installation of a (1) externally lit 32 sq ft single faced building mounted façade sign located on a 0.61-acre lot having SBL #066.03-1-48.1 located in the LC Class II Low-Intensity Commercial District under Section 265-7 of the Code of the Town of Webster.


Result: Approved as presented.
