8.    A resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign Addendum #3 to the existing cooperative agreement between the Town of Webster and Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District for Construction of a Regional Stormwater Facility and Stream Restoration within Shipbuilders Creek Watershed (Finn Park).
