Public Hearing: The Town of Webster 2026 Preliminary Budget.
Open to the Floor- Each speaker will be allowed five minutes.

Regular Town Business:
1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.
4. Resolution to adopt the Town of Webster’s 2026 Final Budget.
5. Resolution to appoint Kelsey Feeney as Director of Personnel succeeding Brayton Connard.
6. Resolution to adopt the 2026 Town of Webster Fee Schedule and the 2026 Webster Parks and Recreation Center Lodge Facility & Field Rates as presented.
7. Resolution to consider granting of a license agreement to allow a shed within a sanitary sewer easement at 819 Houston Road, Tax ID # 063.21-2-18.
8. Resolution to approve a license agreement to locate a chain link fence within a Town Drainage easement at 637 Ironwood Circle, Tax ID # 079.13-1-70.
9. Resolution to approve a license agreement to allow a privacy fence within a Town Sanitary Sewer easement at 619 Bending Bough Drive, Tax ID #064.11-3-10.
10. Resolution to adopt local law # 1 of 2025 amending Town Code sections pertaining to Building Construction and Property Maintenance.
