Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.   Resolution to approve FINAL 2024 budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.

5.   Resolution to authorize the Supervisor to sign a contract to approve the Sewer Department to hire Barton & Loguidice, 443 Electronics Parkway, Liverpool, NY to do the Local Limit Study and Upgrade Development for the sum of $30,000.

6.   Resolution to approve MRB Group for the site and building design contract for the Highway Salt Barn/Truck Wash Building.

7.   Resolution to establish a 30-day public comment period on Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) and publish in the March 19th Webster Herald.

8.   Resolution to appoint John Accorso as an alternate member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the remainder of the vacant alternate term, to expire on December 31, 2025.

9.   Resolution to approve that the following item can be sent to auction by the Community Development Department.

10.  Presentation on potential Fast NY grant application by Webster Economic Development Alliance (WEDA) by early April 2025 to fund Boulter Parkway extension.
