Regular Town Business:

1.    Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance.

2.    Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance.

3.    Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance.

4.    Resolution to approve budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance.

5.   Resolution to approve budget amendment as presented by the Director of Finance.

6.    Resolution to reappoint Donna Komor as Assessor for the Town of Webster, beginning October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2031.

7.   Resolution to approve a license agreement to allow a utility shed within both Town drainage and sanitary sewer easements at 713 Northbrook Way, Tax ID 064.17-2-34.

8.    Resolution to approve the following items for auction from the Highway Department.

•    Lowboy Trailer               Asset Tag# 4651

•    Johns on Sweeper        Asset Tag# 2451

•    New Holland Tractor        Asset Tag# 2316

•    New Holland Mower        Asset Tag# 2317
