1. Consideration to approve bills, as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
2. Consideration to approve prepaid warrant as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
3. Consideration to approve purchase orders as submitted by the Director of Finance. Approved
4. Resolution to approve budget amendment as presented by the Director of Finance. Approved
5. Resolution to approve budget transfers as presented by the Director of Finance. Approved
6. Resolution to set the Public Hearing for the Town of Webster 2026 Preliminary Budget for October 16, 2025. Approved
7. Resolution to set a joint public hearing with the Village of Webster Board of Trustees on October 21, 2025 to consider the annexation petition brought by Xerox Corporation; notice of public hearing to be published in the Webster Herald on September 25, 2025. Approved
8. Resolution to appoint David Paine to the Board of Assessment Review for a term of 5 years, ending September 30, 2030. Approved
9. Resolution to set a public hearing for Thursday October 2nd on proposed Town Code changes relating to building construction, property maintenance and other text amendments, to be advertised in the Wednesday September 24th edition of the Webster Herald. Approved
10. Resolution for the Webster Town Board to issue a determination of significance for purposes of SEQR review related to the Salt Barn replacement and Truck Wash Bay. Approved
11. Resolution for the Webster Town Board to issue a determination of significance for purposes of SEQR review related to the Salt Barn replacement and Truck Wash Bay. Approved
12. Resolution to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign an engagement letter with Freed Maxick, P.C (Withum), not to exceed $40,000. The purpose of the engagement is to evaluate the Town's proposed biogas conversion project eligibility for the Advanced Energy Project Credit (Clean Energy Investment Credit) in accordance with U.S. Code Section 48E.
